I am incredibly hungover right now, and you have tons of questions. Ow.
XP is a developing process. You gain a little bit over time without doing anything. Once you have a 1000xp you can trade it in for a VIP membership which will allow you to post videos on the right.
You gain xp also by commenting on other users videos and being generally active around the forum. You can see what the xp gains/losses are by going to the main forum page. There will be more incentives at a later date, but our forum admin has been MIA... so it's a work in progress.
