So, I've been thinking a lot about this. After Shadowgate 64 is finished, I wanted to apply to become a partner. Should I? What are the benefits? Will my videos really become more popular? I want to hear from the GSF community.

Seeing as how I'm not even close to that step yet, I have no idea. I'm interested in hearing the answer though. It's probably mandatory to already have a good amount of views per week ratio, probably like 500-1000 views weekly.

honestly your videos won't become more popular. They will stay the same as what you have. All it is your basically a Rep for the channel that partners you. You won't get paid weekly its monthly. Its also depending on factors. One is views, others include ads. Its complicated and you won't get partnered unless your getting over thousand views daily. Thats with a low end company that won't pay much. You will get paid, its a great start with a low company. You can have less than that amount of views it also depends on quality of your stuff.

So... How about a YouTube partnership? You know, a partnership with YouTube.

I thought youtube approached you if they want to partner with you. From what I've seen, it only takes one video to get maybe 10,000+ hits to get partnered.

From my understanding.

If you do gaming videos its best to avoid going after your own partnership with youtube but instead go with a network. as you know all networks are different on there entry requirements, so you need to find one firstly that you can apply for and secondly one that suits you. Networks can help you become more popular but they wont do the work for you.

yea i agree with SlybaconGaming if you do gameing videos i would try to get a partnership with one of the gameing netorks like Yeousch, TGN and others like it. This way is better to go because these gameing networks will help you promote your channel in some way. Now if you get a partnership with Yeousch or any other gaming network you still are partnered by youtube you just will be a director for the gaming network you choose. Also its way easier to get partnered with a gaming network. Im partnered with yeousch and they are a great network to get partnered with. They look at how many views you get in a day. They dont really look at subs if you are al least past 500 or 1,000. I hope this helps.
