I'm going out on a limb here and say, "I think this is what he meant".
I actually spin fire with some of my buddies and pretty soon I'll be uploading an edited video of our sessions on this site, so there is certainly room for sponsorship for things other than gaming here. There are quite a few poi or spin teams that get paid big bucks around the nation for different events. This site can certainly help people other than gamers.
but to the original point (OP), I'd have to say that any promotional videos of any genre, would still belong in 'video promotion'.
