CyberLink PowerDirector 10 is the MAIN software i use to PRODUCE videos. key word*
PowerDirector 10 "PRODUCES" videos. SOMETIMES without having to RENDER the video, or i should say RE-render.
which is what most video editing softwares do

i dont know the specifics because im not a TECH guy, but basically it uses NEW technology to COPY the raw footage given to it and arrange it into a new video.
and it has one more benefit (ive seen this myself) depending on what file type is being created, you could have up to 0% loss of video quality after producing the video
SO, in short
#1 its faster than the software youre using now, trust me its the only one so far that can do this
#2 YOUR VIDEOS will LOOK BETTER too

Good review but im pretty sure this thing costs a bomb it isn't cheap even though it used to be free and then started costing at cyber link director 7 and its come along way since them

I use power director as my main editing software as well. I absolutely love the amazingly fast rendering speed.
