It's time for me to have an intro

So here's the deal. I'm wanting an intro for my videos. What I would like is the right to left scroll of my gamer tag. What I am talking about specifically is the contra intro for the NES. I simply want thejoshb to take the place of "contra" in the intro. I want the original music and everything. Or in place of the original 8-bit music and explosion, a totally rocking guitar cover and better explosion.

Since I'm a mod, your work will be displayed on the right at least 3 times a week with full credit given in every video description for which the intro is used.

So if you are able to hook me up it will be greatly appreciated.

That is th exact intro. And the smooth slide over of my name. Maybe in place of "Konami" it can say thejoshbtv and the tm stuff at the bottom can go. Essentially I want that exact intro minus any copyright material that will get whomever owns Konami know pissed at me.

Man that 2nd video is badass.

Edit: I'm gonna make it difficult here. I like the tempo of the original (first video) and the kickass guitar cover of the second intro. The 3rd video is theistic from the underground bases and is awesome but too long for an intro.

okay well check back with me next week, most likely on sat/sunday, I gotta finish some stuff first, like the game night video, and this runthrough that's been looming over my head and I'll try to get the work up done. I assume you want your name in the font from the game, so that's gonna take a little time to work up in photoshop.

I may get to it on one of these late nights. though so don't be too surprised if it's done tomorrow.

oh, also, I'm not sure but I think if your use the intro, and leave the "contra" in, you have to leave the copyright info as well. If we removed contra and it was just your name with the 8bit midi, then it wouldn't be a problem and I could remove all that stuff. I like the smoke from the second video, so I may spruce the video up with that a little. It looked really smooth that way.

Just work your magic and see what you come up with. But the "contra" is replaced with "thejoshb" using the same text. I would like the "Konami" replaced with "thejoshbtv" and all the trademark stuff at the bottom replaced with something like "Epicnisity lives here. Established 2012". Or something. Creativity is welcome. And whenever you get around to it is awesome.

Edit: I'd also like the music to start at the same time the name and everything starts to scroll

Oh wait, I think I'm getting confused by dialect lost in text. You want the Contra completely replaced, not switched during the intro? ok gotcha, that may take more time. we'll see if I can find a similar font for the small text. should make life easier.

Do you have a logo or anything in mind that I could make the same color as the Konami flags? I can't use that little image, if not I can make something up, but if you have something I can work with, it'll help me.

Correct. I want it to have the same look and feel as the actual contra intro with all the text replaced as substituted as stated above. As far as a symbol goes you can just use my thumbnail for my channel. Or maybe just the bullet and tjb without the background.

So just checking on status of said intro.

SO I just finished, and all I'll say is, "Oh,Sh****t". This was kind of a pain in the ass, but it looks awesome. I wasn't able to do anything with the audio, because trying to slow down the rift or cutting away extra sounded terrible. It's still booting, but I'm pretty sure I'm looking at at least a ten hour render time. (It's 3:30 AM, right now.) Correction, make that 19 hours. So once I've got the output, I have to convert it (probably a ten hour process, maybe, could be shorter), and then it'll probably be another 3-4 upload to youtube. So it should be ready in a 2-3 days.

but seriously, "Oh SHEEEET!"

Edit: Oh, and I removed the image from the intro, it just didn't quite fit. I also changed the bottom wording to "Let the Epicnicity begin." I created you a logo, and once my other computer get's a break I'll send you the file for that as well. You can put it on your videos as a splash image.

Finally, I know I didn't mention this before, but after seeing the quality and the time it's taking up on my editing computer, a small donation would be greatly appreciated. There is a link to paypal on my channel, but do what ever you feel is fair after you see it.
