The rules are being updated to include this. Actually to include quite a few things that were looked over. They will also include what moderators are suppose to do for different scenarios. Sorry about this, but his action is definitely prohibited, asking for or giving others instruction on how to pirate software, at this time, is illegal and will not be tolerated on this website.
