Recommendations for GSF V3.0!

We are now trying to put GSF back on the map as a gaming forum where you can get sponsored, recognized, and discuss all about games. This forum is mostly viewed around Call of Duty, so that too. I will begin by posting new things that have been added:

1. SykiatrikCircus: Get Sponsored Forum is partnering with the gaming group "Sykiatrik Circus" ( https://www.youtube.com/SykiatrikCircus ). You will see me, some staff, and everyone else who is dark green around the forum who are members of SykiatrikCircus.

*If one wants to join SykiatrikCircus, message me or SC Matt via YouTube or here. Any kiond of gamer can join.

2. New XP Points: Now, you can spend it on Username colors, VIP status, and more! Learn more on how to get XP points to the right (somewhere) --->

3. New Forum Sections (coming soon): Let's Plays, Rant, General Chat, and more! Anymore sections can be recommended in this thread.

4. CONTESTS FOR $$ (coming later, when we have money :/ ): Pretty much this. Yes, REAL money.

More on this will be posted. If any other staff/admin wants to reply and tell me to fix something, please do. As for everyone else, we would like to hear you guys give your opinions to making this site better. Please and thank you!

anyways, again looking good. I think once u guys get the site booted up and people start coming, start again with donations. It is something that's going to be needed.

This site is still around? Dude, gggforums is seeing a better light than this place.

Overall activity. The response to posts was always very weak here.

Yes! I feel bad for CB, Everyone is hating on him but when he started this thing he was so dedicated. Ahh well hopefully we can get this forum back to the way it was in 2011!

Hi, personally I feel it's about time somebody took the reigns of the forum and took a positive attitude in which direction the place should go, for too long it has been going of in different directions at the same time - we're a video sponsorship + gaming site posting all sorts here and there etc etc, I stopped donating because my PM's fell on deaf ears, not to the Moderators it has to be said, but their hands were tied as to what they could do, and because organised game nights became a slog for those who tried to organise it, this I believe was part because of lack of permanent members, that needs to change, I suggested to CB that we had to stop the confusion and decide which direction we wanted to go, stay as a video sponsorship forum or be a gaming site where we can also post up videos of our games played.

My view is we should be the latter, stop the confusion, let visitors to the forum/site no what we are about, A gaming community, that posts about all things gaming, PS3/PS4/XBOX 360/XBOX1/PC, that we're a friendly mature age restricted gaming community, rules can be decided upon, or maybe the present ones just need replacing or just tweaking a little.

A video sponsorship site, although a good idea, does not work imo, far too many have come here, joined, posted there video, put a link to their youtube site, and we've seen nothing from them again, that's out of order in my eyes, the membership numbers are not a true reading really because of those guys who do that

Let me give you a personal opinion about this place right now. At first, I didn't like the idea of a new admin, I thought I'd hate this new guy, but let me tell you, he took down adf.ly, is getting involved in the community, and responding to our PMs. I really like the new adminship here and if we keep this up, we will seriously be going the direction us old mods wanted. As you can see, I was rehired and I will do the best I can to clean this place up and make it better, maybe even give a rebirth to Game Nights (we need donations if we want to give away prizes).

As far as donations from you go, when me, Josh, and No1 were admins, we asked you and other veterans to help us donate for tons of reasons, and those reasons are the same as the reasons now. We need money to keep this site going and give out prizes, too.

I think you are spot on with making it clear what it is the site is actually for and far too many people come on here only to post heir video and then leave as you mentioned in your post.

What I aim to do is make it absolutely clear that we are a forum for gamers who like to make youtube videos. Right now are homepage is looking a little shabby. my plan is to explain as best I can on the homepage what it is we do, and why there are video's on the right side of the page.

The base of the site is here but it needs alot of work. hopefully with more responses like this and more helpers such as frozen and Sin, It will be done in no time!

Are there any designers who could design a flashy header for our home page ? it would obviously be game based, i.e, BF4/HALO/COD type pics on it, with the GSF letters in there, or GETSPONSOREDFORUM with pics surrounding it, just a thought, but I it would be better than a plain header with the name of our site at present

Hey guys ive been away for while now my gosh but im back and for people who dont know me ive been here since the beginning, doing graphics for our members and intros etc but im back and im starting fresh okay ill probs make a new acc, ill be making a new youtube channel soon as i am starting over with bf4 and other games. YouTube banned me on my old right when i reached 3k subs -_- idk why but ill try agian as i love what i do but ill be glad to help out you guys again. Further more about the hiring thing i was hired before with vip access but lost it a while ago when i was un active i dont post much but i did a lot of graphic design ect for the site and its members, i could maybe make new intro for the site. Id like to work the site agian

Well i guess the people that did left, but im back to get to know everyone and help out as much as i can.

Well i was more active people did know me for my intros and backgrounds i did for them  The pre owner of this site found me on youtube i never new about this site before him.

For some reason when i go to post a thread i dont get any of the tools to edit text above. I have used several browsers and still nothing. They are there when i do a quick reply but not when i create a thread. Just wondering if its just me or if its happening for everyone. Thanks
