Hey guys my name is Alec and i'm from the UK. I am a student at Staffordshire University and i am in my 2nd year of my bSc(Hons) Games Design degree. But enough about me let's get onto the gaming side of me.
I play a variety of games and unfortunately don't have time to play all of them so i have to choose the bigs ones. I play Smite which is a 3rd person MOBA which is like League of Legends. It's really fun and if anyone wants to give it ago it's free and i have a referall link for you. I also play Black Ops 2 on PC so if you want to add my steam let me know. I also play some minecraft on my little world and with a couple of mates from time to time. I also play some Arctic Combat which is this free to play fps on steam and would highly recommend it to a lot of people. I also got chivalry which is quite fun to play (but only for short periods of time due to the inducing rage i get from people somehow chopping my head off even know i blocked them). I also got some awesomenauts that i play from time to time with friends and of course League of Legends and HoN are also on my PC.
So what videos do i produce? well I produce such a variety that i have approximately 20 playlists on my channel. But i will just say the basic ones. i have my BO2 PC road to 2nd prestige, The minecraft series, Dual com Sunday, Smite god spotlight, How to be a successful youtuber and Crimson Pixel (a module at uni in which i work with a team to create a game). If you want to know any more about any of these series comment below.
So I've been on youtube since 14th October 2009, or atleast that was when my famous channel was created. to start with i produced a variety of speed arts and edits that unfortunately had copyright content on so when i figured this out... BOOM those videos went not realising i didn't have back ups of them (they were poop anyway :'( ). So on August 1 2011 i decided that i will make a schedule, make some commentaries and give this youtube a serious go. So i started doing weekly content (or close to it) and i loved it. I got some good feedback from my graphics clients and i slowly got more confident in front of the mic and now here i am. Super confident enthusiastic Dilkesy.
So what makes my channel unique? WHELLLL absolutely nothing in my eyes, yet people seem to keep subbing and watching, i don't get it . No but seriously i like to think of myself as an entertainer and even if i'm doing series that loads of others do i try and make it the most entertaining i can for the viewers. I focus heavily on my audience's input where possible and always interact with them when i can, including suggestions for what to build in next weeks minecraft episodes. I also like to help out the community by running 2 series that are focused on not me, but you guys looking to gain more exposure.
Am i partnered? Yes. As of last night at precisely 11pm (i remember this well) i got partnered with AwesomenessTVNetwork.
Currently I have 645 subscribers and 23,328 views however these increase everyday.

So what do i plan to do in the future? I plan to bathe in all of dat youtube monayyyyyyy and buy amazing things just for myself. Nah guys i plan to keep on producing content for my audience, keep giving away stuff, keep helping my active subscribers gain exposure and keep giving tips to my audience on what i have done and what i recommend everyone to do.

Instead, I've noticed giant Youtubers interact with their community by taking suggestions for games or doing weekly "Let's Just Talk" videos. I can understand after a million subs it is impossible, but I know there is still a lot of help that could be shared by Youtubers with a large but not unmanageable audience.
