I have recently made a new youtube channel;

I am planning on getting alot of subscribers and getting youtube partnership again.
You're probably wondering why I wrote 'again' well I had a youtube account with about 5k subscribers,
it was a Partner but then it got hacked so I had to close the account and I can't re-open it.
