I don't play this, but like other games, I'm sure it kept going because of your combo, once your combo is over, it'll stop.

The reason it doesn't time out is to do with the combo bar if the timer runs out and the combo bar still exists then it will run out once the combo has died or it will ad more time and will repeat this until either the player or the combo is dead...
Also what are you taking and where can I get some you speak like sonic runs a little stop for breath might be good in your vids
