I am seeing a large number of the same topic/message repeated over and over by the same people.
Can we issue a 3-5 topic post per 10 minutes or something lol. It spams up the latest topic box and won't give other people a chance to get recognized

I don't think that's a good idea. Sometimes i post like 9 TUTORIAL Threads in like 5 minutes. it would just mess everything up.
