May I ask if you have any secrets or strategy behind your videos that you'd like to share? How did you become popular? I wouldn't mind being given a crash course in to creating a popular and successful youtube channel, just like yours.

1.) Upload, Upload, Upload, while trying to make your next video better than your last.
2.) Listening to your subscribers and uploading what they like, while at the same time not letting them run YOUR channel.
3.) Everyone needs help growing. Work with other channels as a team. Then return the favor as you grow by helping new channels. (You never know, they may turn out bigger than you)
4.) Interact with your subscribers. IE responding to messages and comments, and even inviting them to game lobby's to play with you.

hey man ! awesome clip man like what u have done to the video ! im wondering ive u would know somebody that can make a montage for me !? i got the clips but cant figure it out in vegas

AC, this is one of the best checklist I have seen from anyone that has actually responded to my question! But still...
1.) We upload from 1 to 3 videos per day.
2.) We ask our subscribers what they want to see but have had no responses because we have such a small fan base. (39 subscribers)
3.)I combined channels with my two other friends. We all had 100 to 400 subscribers each but so far, very few have come over to our channel. So we are looking for someone to maybe get us out there? 4.) We (mostly myself) responds to as many comments as possible and always keep in touch with our subscribers and give them plenty of opportunities to play with us!
