Cannot Post in request to get sponsered forums?

I was going through the get sponsored forums part, and i can't create a new post every time i try to click it and make one. it brings up a message saying, "only users with special prvilages" or something comes and i can't post. I know my post count isn't the problem cause i saw a guy with one post post there. I don't know what to do, and it'd be appreciate it if I could get some help. Thanks!
