Get a good title, make it all in capital letters. Make sure the thumbnail is something good / catchy.

Tag's are really important especially for gaming video's. Really, for any video but especially for gaming one's. I have many tag's on even crappy vid's on mine cause you never know when 100 people in a day might watch something. Title as well is a factor

You need to have a title that has strong and broad "key" words like sniping instead of Msr or gameplay instead of kill confirmed. A broader title will attract more people along with a strong thumbnail. Try to pick a thumbnail with a good quality shot that relates to the topic.
