I would say the best time to get it would be after it comes out because the price drops but if you want it before it comes out then the prices will all be kinda the same:/

Don't think this is going to help you But i live in sweden and my pre-order is at a place ELGIGANTEN Haha sry if this is unnecessary just remove it if it is But for all Members from sweden go to ELGIGANTEN and pre-order now!
