I have an issue with the copyright of my videos. Help!

First of all sorry my bad english, im spanish XD
2 weeks ago i uploaded a League of legends video, i have about 5 videos of LoL in my channel, and today i recieved a mail form youtube saying that my video has copyright problems because it haves content from riotgames. Everyday i see videos of LoL in Youtube, and the videos have ads, why they have removed the ads on my videos? I dont wanna earn money with youtube, i only want to do it like a hobby, but if by the way i can earn some cash, it would be great.

Normally today, it would be because of certain music that you may have had in your video's. I hav e had the same thing happen to me on a couple of different video's. U prob do need to do a audio swap or take the video down and edit out the music..not easy tho if you do commentary

There's no music, only the audio of the game :$

Copyright music is from real artists so perpahs check channels with non copyright like NCMofficial

I don't see audio being a issue but I don't play LOL..have u tried looking at other people's video's and seeing if they have just audio without any copyright issues?

I would imagine that the people that have the adds for gaming videos are partnered with youtube or machinima or the like. They have some sort of agreement with the game developers that hold them responsible for the liability of using the company's content. Youtube says that you are not allowed to put adds on videos that you do not have sole creative ownership of, including gaming videos. When you see adds before people like woodysgamertag's videos, its because he is partnered with machinima and machinima actually places the adds on his videos.

Im sure if you dont put any adds on your videos to begin with, you will be fine.

I don't see the copyright issue, but i have had the problem before, i took down my video, and reuploaded it, but after it got another copyright notice, i took it down for good.

Some games get around that easier than others. :S

You usually file an appeal. Search on YouTube "how to get around copyright" or something like that. It will help you get your videos "un-copyrighted"
