I got offered to "monetize"

Hey guys,

So I went to upload my CSGO Beta gameplay and i notice a notification telling me I can monetize.... and I read the instructions, telling me to go into the video manager and go into actions and select monetize etc.... But I have a simplllle question...

Does my "monetized" earnings go to my adsense account, because I believe i linked an adsense account to my youtube a while back, so will it all go to here?

Yes, that is all connected to your adsense account. You cannot make one if you are under 18, or at least if you Youtube says you are under 18

Okay, the adsense is my parents amounts, and the YouTube is over 18 because of the stupid restrictions they have on some vids thanks!

Monetization is a terrible idea. If you think you'll be getting YouTube Partnership soon, you SHOULDN'T monetize your videos.
I've monetized my videos on almost all my channels, and every single one of them got click bombed, meaning your AdSense account gets closed/banned, so you cannot get money from YouTube using the same channel. (Wont be able to get Partnership) Unless you decide to make a new YouTube Channel and start all over..

Good point. That happened to my friend on his channel. Luckily, I haven't monetized yet.

Okay. So are youtube partners' protected against spam clicking/ are thier appeals actually considered then?

If you're a Partner, and people keep clicking your ads, then you'll get a warning or something. When I was a partner, and my [ex]-bestfriend spam clicked all my ads, nothing happened to me, or my channel. So I'm not really sure. Lol.
